No, you will not go blind if you masturbate. But that's not the point of this post.
The truth is, sex is a big part of being a guy and as a result male sexual health is an important topic to be knowledgeable about. Also, male sexual health doesn't just mean using a condom and making sure your partners have no STDs (or sexually transmitted infections as they are calling them now), it also means what you eat, how you live and what you think.
You see, male sexual health is interrelated to everything else. If you are active and workout 3 times per week at least, it will help keep your testosterone up and your metabolism going. Not only will you feel more confident because of your workouts, you will also have more vitality and endurance when it comes to the sack. Also, understanding that women come first (both figuratively and literally) is an important element in that it will earn you respect in bed as a lover and you will feel more secure about yourself.
Male sexual health is about being healthy physically, mentally and spiritually, and it's these kinds of things that need your attention when considering how to improve your quality of sex life.
