What is Male Sexual Health?
The term "male sexual health" can refer to many things. It can refer to preventing disease, keeping libido up, maintaining an erection, preventing premature ejaculation - the list goes on and on. Though there are many different sides of the story, there are some general things guys can do with their bodies to keep them in tip top shape.
Male Sexual Health Tips
1.) Try to work out and eat healthy. Keeping up your metabolism and testosterone will keep up your sex drive. Also, good circulation helps to get an erection easily and maintain one. Avoid fast foods and alcohol if you can, as well as smoking and everything else you learned was bad for you in elementary school DARE class.
2.) Try to keep clean and sanitary. Everytime you have sex - take a shower afterwards or use a clean sanitary wipe. Also, although you may think it's weird - shaving your pubic hair can help to maintain the area free of bugs and bacteria that can often cling to the hair and live around there.
Plus, it will make you look a lot bigger to the ladies ;).
