Let's face it guys - we like to have sex. It's something that is hardwired into our brains, whether it's with the traditional female counterpart or your gay boyfriend. Sex is a major part of life and with that comes an understanding of male sexual health. Here are some thoughts to keep you on track:

1.) Exercise can often keep your testosterone up, and helps to maintain sexual vigor, endurance and desire. Try to exercise regularly - besides, the extra side perk of looking good will not hurt anybody.
2.) Clean up after every time you have sex. Make sure you always take a shower, or at least get some "Wet Ones" from WalMart to keep yourself sanitary. The last thing you want is to do is smell bad or have something growing down there.
3.) Of all Male Sexual Health queries - use safe sex. It's amazing how many guys forget to do this - even if you're warming up without a rubber, try to keep it safe at all times. You definitely do not want a baby on your hands, especially if you hardly even know the person!
