http://www.sexualhealth360.com/2008/August/VisitaLowCostSexualHealthClinic.htm

It's highly important to receive annual sexual health checkups whether you're a male or female. However, what if you do not have the health insurance to cover male sexual health or female sexual health checkups? Many people in the United States are in this current situation.

Visiting a sexual health clinic can be extremely costly. An individual procedure could very well cost over $100. Thinking about getting an at-home Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) kit, instead of going to a sexual health clinic location? Those can also be costly. Despite being a fraction of the sexual health clinic's typical cost, each individual procedure certainly ads up.

If you are currently in this situation, it's important to consider visiting a low cost sexual health clinic. Low cost sexual health clinics exist to serve those without insurance or simply cannot afford medical procedures. Many low cost sexual health clinics allow you to pay one price for the procedures that you need done. This could include a typical female sexual health or male sexual health check up or even an STD test. You can find a free sexual health clinic through doing a bit of research in your local area.

In particular, many men frequent sexual health clinics when they begin to have penile erection problems. These men very quickly assume that their sexual problems stem from some physical ailment, but there is about a 10% chance that any erectile dysfunction arises from psychological issues. Therefore, if you are a man looking for a sexual health clinic, make sure to do your research and pick one that offer counselors of psychologists that may be able to help you in every way possible. Many men suffer from unfavorable and intrusive thoughts the moment they begin to think about sex. One of the first tests that any sexual health clinic will attempt, to ascertain the origin of any male sexual health problems, is the morning erections test. If a man is still having morning erections while at the same time having problems at the time of sexual intercourse then it is highly probable that the problem is psychological. Once this is determined, the right course of action can be taken.

<img title="Sexual Health Clinic" alt="sexual health clinic" Health Clinic" src="http://www.moguling.com/Upload/sexualhealth360.com/280px-PenicillinPSAedit.jpg" />
Are you free of sexually transmitted diseases? Have you ever been tested for STDs at a sexual health clinic? Many people assume that they don’t have any sexually transmitted diseases despite the fact that they have never been tested at a sexual health clinic. Unfortunately, without visiting a sexual health clinic for the appropriate tests there is no way of being one hundred percent sure that you don’t have a sexually transmitted disease, unless you are a virgin. Not all STDs involve horrendous symptoms; some of them can lie dormant for years so that you don’t even know that you have a problem. In fact you could have an STD without knowing it. If you don’t use condoms you could also have unwittingly infected countless sexual partners who haven then gone on to infect others.
If you would like to enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing that you are STD free, book an appointment at a sexual health clinic and undergo screening. Remember there is no shame in being tested for STDs at a sexual health clinic. You should only feel ashamed if you don’t get tested, since you are putting yourself and other people at risk.

However, there is more to male sexual health than simply avoiding diseases. One of the biggest male sexual health problems is low libido. There are several things you can do to boost your libido. The most important thing is obviously to make the relevant lifestyle changes. You should also look for psychological causes. However the there are also many natural herbs and supplements that can help alleviate the male sexual health problem of low libido. Taking a zinc supplement can help increase your sex drive. Furthermore, herbs such as Horny Goat Weed, Tongkat Ali, Maca, and Yohimbe Bark can also help with the male sexual health problem of low libido. You can find most of these herbs on the web or at your nearest health food store. Before taking any of these herbs, consult your doctor to make sure that they are safe for you. Bear in mind that some herbs can exacerbate certain health conditions or cause unwanted interactions with other medications that you may be taking.

Really, maintaining male sexual health should go hand in hand with maintaining your overall health. One of the biggest factors in maintaining male sexual health should be never having unprotected sex. Whether you approve of teenagers having sex or not is beside the point. Many teenaged males are having sex despite what society tells them, so it's important that they get the message to wear condoms during sex. Greater use of condoms has many beneficial effects. While it's not a perfect solution, it does cut down on teenage pregnancy and also lessens the chance of contracting communicable sexual diseases such as HIV, Herpes, Gonnorhea, Syphillis and others. Wearing condom won't prevent 100% of all sexually transmitted diseases, but condom use should be one of the cornerstones of male sexual health. So, when it comes to male sexual health, it's never too early to start good habits.

How to Maintain Female Sexual Health

<img title="Female Sexual Health" alt="male sexual health, female sexual health" Sexual Health" src="http://www.moguling.com/Upload/sexualhealth360.com/Condom.jpg" />Are young women doing enough to maintain their female sexual health? In Europe and certain parts of the United States, some young women are not protecting their female sexual health by insisting that the men they have sexual relations with wear a condom, or using a female condom. They think that protecting themselves against unwanted pregnancy by taking the contraceptive pill is enough, but it isn’t.
If you are on the pill and think that this means condoms aren't necessary, think again. You are jeopardizing your female sexual health and playing Russian roulette every time you have unprotected sex. Perhaps you are too young to remember the AIDS epidemic of the 1980s or you think that HIV is a disease that only people in developing countries can catch. Just so you know, the spread of AIDS is on the increase again in the United States and in Europe.
HIV is not the only female sexual health issue you should be concerned about. Every time you have unprotected sex you risk contracting Human Papilloma Virus. Some strains of HPV can lead to cervical cancer. The there are other sexually transmitted diseases such as Chlamydia, Syphilis and Genital Herpes, and Gonorrhea. STDs are no picnic and some of them can have a devastating impact on female sexual health. Unless pain, infertility and risk of death actually appeal to you, always use a condom when you have sex and do everything you can to protect your female sexual health.

http://www.sexualhealth360.com/2008/July/Tips-on-male-sexual-health.htm

If you're an adult guy, then male sexual health is very important to be aware of regardless of your sexaul habits or preferences. Sex is a part of what we do as humans, and regardless of what some people think - it is a needed thing for the average person just like food, water or air.

With that in mind, it should be treated just like any one of those other needs. When you are hungry, you should eat healthy foods. When you are thirsty, you don't go drinking toilet water - and when you are stressed out it is good to breathe correctly. So, just like anything else that is important, male sexual health should be taken with utmost respect of one's body and health. Use protection, draw the line between what is safe/pleasureable and what isn't. Sex should be about releasing and rebooting, as well as connecting and bonding - not about serving someone else.

So, you know the drill now on male sexual health. Get checked regularly to see if any of your partners were lying to you about their diseases or lackthereof. Always use protection, and always keep clean and comfortable!

When you consider that one in roughly four sexually active male adults is infected with an STD, and that about one in ten will actually visit a sexual health clinic on a regular basis, the numbers, well speak for themselves. Male sexual health needs to be a more prominent idea in the minds of single males and those who are having sex with many partners. In fact, the recommended times that sexual health clinics suggest that you get tested is twice per year, but many men rarely get tested even one time per year. So this leaves a huge gap in knowing if you are infected with an STD or not. The case and point here is for the guys. If you want good male sexual health, and you are having sex with multiple partners here is what you need to know.

Always get tested at least two times per year at a sexual health clinic

Never have unprotected sex with a random partner

Always talk to your doctor about your sex life and let them know everything, they are your doctor, they will help you.

<img title="Male Sexual Health " alt="male sexual health, female sexual health" Sexual Health " src="http://www.moguling.com/Upload/sexualhealth360.com/MaleSexualHealth.JPG" />

A lot of men these days are adhering to a male sexual health program involving penile exercises. It has been found that following a male sexual health exercise plan will greatly reduce the risk of prostate cancer, bladder problems and impotence well into old age. However, just like any other exercise regime, a male sexual health exercise program needs to be done very carefully. There are many men believing that if a little male sexual health exercise can help me then a lot can do wonders and this is not true. A male sexual health exercise program needs to be done at a pace that allows all penile tissue to recover prior to the next session. If a full recovery is not allowed then your male sexual health regime becomes and hindrance and not an enhancement. Men that overtrain their sexual organ will see adverse results including early erectile dysfunction and pain. So the key here is to make sure we carry our make sexual health regime in a pace that fits our current level of sexual fitness. If you haven’t gone to the gym ever, you are sure not going to try to lift 200 pounds the first time, because you will get hurt badly. The same holds true for any male sexual health regime and a female sexual health regime for that matter. If you fee overtrained, make sure to stop for at least a week and then pick it back up. Be patient with your male sexual health plan and you will be amazed at the results.

Avoiding the male and female sexual health talk with your kids is a huge mistake. Research from the University of West England proved that by adding a sexual health clinic to a high school more inserted students will get information they are looking for.

Teens don’t want to go out of their way to do anything let alone visit and off-campus sexual health clinic to grab a condom but if the clinic is at the school then taking a five minute walk during lunch period to get some answers is an attractive option. They are rejuvenating this idea with a new campaign to help get sexual health questions back on the minds of teens. Their goal is to make teens more vocal about their concerns. The problem is that no young person wants to ask their parents about gonorrhea, herpes, yeast infections or broken condoms so nothing is said.

The MTV campaign partnered with SpinVox and Causes on Facebook in an effort to educate the truths behind Aids, sexual safety and STDs. Being called Stand by What You Say, those interested can visit the website through MTV, post questions and stories and then in an open forum setting read responses with complete anonymity. There will also be a toll free phone line teens can call.

All female and male sexual health stories or questions are welcomed. Have a great story about a weird place you had sex in that will work. The idea is to lessen taboos about male and female sexual health so teens can make the right decisions.

There's an alarming article at the redorbit.com website on the subject of male sexual health. According to this article, a survey found that young gay men between the ages of 18 and 24 are using the Internet to meet sexual partners and have unprotected anal intercourse with them. The results of the survey indicate that having more ways to meet partners has lead to an increase in both protected and unprotected sex.
Recent reports show rising rates of HIV among gay men. In the United States, the estimated number of HIV cases among young men rose from 1763 in 1999 to 2443 in 2003. Male-male sexual contact accounts for approximately 74% of HIV diagnoses among young men.
It seems that the younger generation of gay men are somewhat lacking in education when it comes to male sexual health. Perhaps they don’t always use precautions because they are to young to remember the HIV epidemic of the 1980s and 1990s. These rising HIV rates are terrifying. They indicate that the United States needs an intensive education program for young people. They need to know that the only way to protect male sexual health is to use a condom.

http://www.sexualhealth360.com/2008/June/Take-Male-Sexual-Health-Seriously-and-Use-a-Condom.htm

<img title="Male Sexual Health" alt="male sexual health" Sexual Health" src="http://www.moguling.com/Upload/sexualhealth360.com/Male Sexual Health.jpg" />A recent article I read at the Sunday Herald newspaper website leads me to believe that too many men still take male sexual health for granted. According to the article, male sexual health experts believe that up to 30,000 Scottish men under the age of 25 are likely to be infected with the sexually transmitted disease Chlamydia. Furthermore, these young men are not even aware that they are infected so the disease is left undiagnosed and untreated. What is causing this epidemic? In Britain there is an ingrained attitude among young men that encourages them to treat women as sexual conquests when they go out drinking at weekends. These young men often forgo using a condom despite an awareness that not protecting themselves can have a negative impact on male sexual health.
Are you having sex with numerous partners without using a condom? Are you aware that new research shows that Chlamydia can effect male fertility by lowering the sperm count? If you're a woman, here are a few things to expect or request when visiting a gynecologist.

Breast examination: Although self-breast examinations are encouraged, it may be advantageous to your female sexual health to receive a professional breast examination from your doctor

Speculum: The speculum is a cold metallic object that retracts the tissues of the vagina in order to conduct an examination of the cervix

Bimanual examination: Gynecologists conduct a bimanual examination (one hand on the abdomen and two fingers in the vagina) in order to palpate the cervix, uterus, ovaries and pelvis

Ultrasound: This may confirm abnormalities that a doctor may have noticed during the bimanual examination

STD Check: This is vital for any sexually active woman
